All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method the stated amount.
Due to the immediate digital access nature of Security Manager Pro, all purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE once your access code is delivered via email. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Discount codes (such as the 10% newsletter discount) are applied automatically during checkout if you've earned them. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to completed purchases.
Upon activation, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access Security Manager Pro for one (1) year from the date of activation.

Any expansion packs, additional questions, or feature updates released during your active licence period are included at no extra cost. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without express written permission. Your licence grants you access to use the Service for personal exam preparation only.
Security Manager Pro is a study aid designed to develop security management thinking. We make no guarantees regarding exam pass rates or certification outcomes. Your success depends on multiple factors including your existing knowledge, study effort, and the specific exam you take.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all questions, explanations, or content are error-free or reflect the exact format of any specific certification exam. We update content regularly but cannot guarantee it matches current exam blueprints.

If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under consumer protection laws. However, the non-refundable nature of digital content once delivered is explicitly permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 37(1)(b)).
